Electric ride-on pallet stacker ES16 RS

Stacker ES16 RS has 1600 kg capacity and it can lift loads up to 5500 mm. It is designed for moving in warehouses and manufacturing facilities, where aisles are very narrow. In most places, it can be perfect replacement of reach trucks. Truck is equipped with European components: 24 V controller (ZAPI), transmission (ZF) and AC motor (Schabmüller Gmbh).

Operation

In standard, electric pallet stacker ES16 RS has operator platform and safety arms. It allows for quicker and more efficient operations. With the safety arms and platform folded in, the maximum travel speed is reduced. At the same time, the turning radius is decreased. This feature is useful, where working space is limited. Moreover, power assisted steering provide comfort of operation. N Narrow mast design provide perfect visibility.

Performance of ride-on electric pallet stacker

Brushless AC motor allows for very precise operation. It can reach up to 6 km/h. Speed regulation is smooth - depending on the position of the potentiometer. Electric pallet truck ES16 RS is also equipped with proportional fast lowering option.

Li-ion technology

Used 210 Ah maintenance-free battery allows for 7 hours of continuous operation. Charging takes only 2,5 hours. Built-in display shows number of motor hours and actual battery level. Moreover, unlike lead-acid and gel batteries, lithium-ion batteries are distinguished by fast charging, lower energy drops and the possibility of discharging to a lower level. EP Equipment pallet trucks are the only ones on the market with an in-built battery monitoring system (BMS).
