Unique construction of EPL154 pallet truck

Electric pallet truck EPL154 can transport loads up to 1500 kg. Solid construction make truck very durable. Due to very compact size (length without forks: 400 mm), EPL154 model is perfect truck for all operations in warehouse, industry and logistics. Special shape of forks and very high ground clearance help with riding on uneven surfaces. The EPL 154 is equipped with strong brushless 0,75 kW DC motor for higher speed of up to 5,5 km/h and higher gradeability (it can climb up the ramp with a 10% gradient). Additional castor wheels provide much more stability of the truck. Buttons, which are located above display with battery level, allow to work in “Crawl speed”. In this mode truck is able to work with handle in a vertical position. At the same time, travel speed is reduced. This feature is useful, where working space is limited.

Lithium Ion battery of EPL154 pallet truck

Electric pallet truck EPL154 is equipped with the newest maintenance-free 24V / 30Ah lithium-ion battery. Charging time is just 2,5 hours. Unique design allows for quick and simple battery replacement. For special request, the manufacturer can provide larger batteries and external chargers that enable operation in a three-shift mode. Battery pins are protected from breaking caused by vibration and normal operation. Battery case is also protected with a steel cover, that keep it safe from weather conditions and prevent any damage. Additionally, EP Equipment pallet trucks are the only ones on the market with in-built battery monitoring system (BMS) in standard (it is responsible for monitoring technical parameters and it prevents battery damage.)
