High-level storage forklift - EP CQD16L Reach Truck

The CQD16L model is a professional high-level storage forklift designed for use across multiple shifts in warehouses with large surface areas. Reach Trucks in this series are available in two different variants: with a lifting capacity of 1600 kg or 2000 kg. A wide range of available masts (with a lifting height of up to 8 m) allows for perfect adjustment of the forklift parameters to the specific requirements of the warehouse. The power unit is represented by a maintenance-free lithium-ion battery.

Lithium-ion Battery

The CQD16L high-level storage Reach Truck is powered by the latest lithium-ion battery with a capacity of up to 360 Ah. Thanks to the use of fast chargers, the battery charging time to 100% is only 2.5 hours. The battery used requires the addition of distilled water or any other maintenance. The Battery Management System (BMS) that controls the battery prevents damage and significantly extends its lifespan.

Using the CQD16L Reach Truck

The CQD16L model is equipped with hydraulic function control through finger-tip levers. Combined with proportional hydraulics, this solution translates into increased safety and efficiency for the operator's work. Due to the use of the lithium-ion battery, which is characterized by its compact size, the operator of the CQD 16L model has a spacious cabin, facilitating safe maneuvering between pallet racks. The 11.75 kW or 20 kW electric motor ensures smooth and silent lifting.
