The Heli CPD50 from the G2 series is designed for handling and transporting loads weighing up to 5000 kg. The forklift is characterized not only by exceptional performance but also by a modern and compact design. This forklift is among the newest models from the manufacturer Heli and can be equipped with masts of different specifications - Standard, Duplex, or Triplex, with a maximum lifting height of 7000 mm. Due to its unique design, the mast from Heli ensures excellent visibility for the forklift operator. The Heli CPD50 model is equipped with two efficient electric motors, with powers of 20 kW and 25 kW. The maximum travel speed of the forklift is 18 km/h.

Lithium-ion battery

In the G2A11LI configuration, the Heli CPD50 electric forklift is equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 230 Ah and a voltage of 153.6 V. Using a battery with such high voltage allows the forklift to deliver excellent performance. The maintenance-free lithium-ion battery allows continuous operation for 6 hours. The rapid charger with a power of 200 A can charge the battery from the minimum level to 100% in just 1 hour. The properties of lithium-ion batteries allow for rapid recharging without negatively impacting the lifespan of the power unit.

Modern Solutions - Heli CPD50 G2A11LI

The Heli CPD50 G2A11LI electric forklift has been equipped with a series of solutions designed to improve ergonomics and safety during use. The operator has access to three different operating modes: Powerful / Economic / Energy Saving, which allow adjusting the characteristics of the forklift for each application. The CPD50 model is also equipped with an automatic speed adjustment system in turns, significantly improving safety levels. A special mast damping valve prevents the forks and load from reaching the ground. Working parameters, periodic reminders, and all key information regarding the forklift's condition are provided to the operator through a built-in computer.

The Heli CPD50 G2A11LI model can be equipped with a fully heated cabin. The modern design of the cabin offers the operator excellent visibility of the surrounding environment. The IP67 water protection level allows operation even in rainy conditions.
