Electric pallet truck EPL185

The EPL185 is the next-generation electric pallet truck, which is adapted to various applications. The 0,8 kW lift motor, allows for lifting loads up to 1800 kg. Device is equipped with maintenance-free lithium-ion battery with BMS. The full charging takes just 2,5 hours and it allows for 4 hours of continuous operation.

Unique construction of EPL185 pallet truck

The electric pallet truck EPL185 stands out with very small size (length without forks: 400 mm) and great clearance, so it is perfect devices to work on loading ramps (it can climb up the ramp with a 10% gradient). Using the “Crawl speed mode”, truck can be operated with drawbar in a vertical position, which make maneuvering in narrow aisles much easier. The EPL185 is equipped with stronger brushless 0,9 kW DC motor for higher speed up to 5,5 km/h. Due to usage of 7 wheels, truck stands out with extraordinary stability.

Lithium-ion battery

The EPL185 is equipped with the newest, maintenance-free lithium-ion battery (48V /20Ah). The full charging takes just 2,5 hour and it allows for 4 hour continuous operation. Charging takes place via a 230V socket. On special request, the EPL185 can be provided with additional battery and external charger, so it can work in 24/7 mode. Battery pins are specially protected from breaking caused by vibration and normal operation. A steel cover protects the electric pallet truck from precipitations.
